The SB300 is a high-performance multi-protocol transceiver that supports RS232, RS422, and RS485 communication standards, featuring a compact QFN-40 package. The SB300 provides full RS232 signals (3TX, 5RX) and offers communication capabilities of up to 10 Mbps for RS422 (full duplex/4-wire) and RS485 (half duplex/2-wire). These are widely used in various fields in addition to RS232 communication. Furthermore, it supports slew rate limiting functions to minimize electromagnetic interference in EMI-sensitive environments. The SB300 provides a convenient automatic toggle function for RS422/485 communication and incorporates termination resistors internally, reducing the hassle of connecting external termination resistors.
